Job description
Hľadáme administratívno-klientskeho pracovníka pre kanceláriu v Humennom.
Tvojou úlohou bude:
- administratíva
- starostlivosť o klientov
- komunikácia s klientom telefonická, osobná a e-mailom
- podpora pre klienta
- hlásenie poistných udalostí, zmena údajov na zmluvách a iné.
- servis k zmluvám existujúcich klientov spoločnosti ASP a ASDS
- predaj produktov osobne a online
- práca s firemnou databázou a marketingom
- práca v kancelárii a na pobočke
- spracovanie požiadaviek a príprava podkladov
- archivácia a denný report výkonu a aktivít
