Senior Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementation projects, driving best practices, and providing strategic advice to clients to optimize their Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Salesforce applications and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and optimization projects for clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, and project managers) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
• Assist clients in optimizing their Salesforce processes and driving business growth.
• Lead data migration activities and ensure data integrity during Salesforce platform transitions.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance on technical and business best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting role, delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs is a plus.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, or other relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or other advanced Salesforce tools.
• Knowledge of Informatika

• Previous experience working with large-scale enterprises or complex implementations.
